Shipping Policy

Not much in life is free but our shipping is!

We suspect that you are excited to receive your puzzle and we are thrilled to send it to you! We do our best to ship all puzzles out within 2 business days of receiving your order unless the puzzle is backordered. We will send tracking information as soon as it leaves our factory.

We ship via FED EX, USPS, and UPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do our best to package and ship our puzzles in a manner which protects the puzzle and packaging. Due to the nature of jigsaw puzzles which have hundreds of pieces, we are not able to accept returns.

If you receive a damaged puzzle or box, contact us for help in returning the product for a replacement.
